Michael has over 25 years experience in distribution, production and logistical planning. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from DePaul University and attended Graduate School at Lewis University. Michael completed the Northwestern University Medical School Prosthetic-Orthotic Center certification for Suppliers and Manufacturers.

Michael started his O&P Career in 2001 as Director of Operations for Scheck and Siress Central Fabrication. In 2002 he served as Project Manager for the successful move from its original 2000 square foot Cfab in Oak Park, Illinois to Advanced O&P Solutions current 18,000 square foot facility in Hickory Hills, Illinois.

Michael Chaired the Advisory Board for the formation the Joliet Junior College O&P Technician Program. He also serves on the Steering Committee of AbilityLinks, an organization that seeks to increase employment of qualified persons with disabilities.
Michael regularly attends national and local seminars, conventions and assemblies to promote the products and services of Advanced O&P Solutions provides as well as promoting the need to hire qualified persons with disabilities.

Rafael has over 35 years of technical and clinical experience and expertise in the O&P Industry.  Rafael attended Truman College in Chicago, studying Engineering. He received the Becker Orthopedic E-Knee Certification as well as participating in Otto Bocks MyoBock Qualification Course.

Rafael served as Technical Manager for 18 years at Alpha Orthopedica in Bogotá, Columbia prior to coming to work for Scheck and Siress.  Rafael served as Orthotic Technical Manager for 11 years before taking his role as Vice President of Advanced O&P Solutions. Rafael is directly responsible for all research and development for Orthotics and prosthetics at Advanced O&P Solutions.

Rafael has been instrumental in the design and fabrication of the Prosthosis, as well as many other Orthotic and Prosthetic Devices.

He regularly attends national and local conferences for the O&P Industry.

Ron has over 23 years experience as an Orthotic and Prosthetic Technician with 18 of those years serving in a Management role. He worked for six O&P Facilities in the Chicagoland area before joining Advanced O&P Solutions in 2008 as its Executive General Manager.

Ron has trained at the Otto Bock Technical Training Course and has completed numerous courses and certifications throughout his impressive career.

Ron is an avid Motorcyclist and developed and designed the first upper extremity prosthetic Motorcycle Apparatus to be used with an unmodified Motorcycle.

Ron is directly responsible for Logistics and Quality Control for Advanced O&P Solutions.
