For the past 4 years Michael was Director of Operations for the Scheck and Siress central fabrication facility. In 2002 he served as the Project Manager for the successful move from the original 2000 sq ft central fab in Oak Park, Illinois to their state of the art 18,000 sq ft facility in Hickory Hills, Illinois.

Michael has served as an Advisory Board Member for the Chicago City Colleges, Orthotic and Prosthetic Technician training program. Michael regularly attends national and local seminars, conventions and assemblies to promote the products and services Advanced O&P provides.

Rafael was the Orthotic Technical Manager for Scheck and Siress Central Fabrication for the past 11 years. With Advanced O&P Solutions he is directly responsible for all research and development for orthotics and prosthetics, as well as quality control.

Rafael was Technical Manager for 18 years at Alfa Orthopedica in Bogotá’ Columbia.

He has almost 30 years of technical and clinical experience and expertise.

Rafael attended Truman College in Chicago, studying Engineering. Has received the Becker Orthopedic E-Knee Certification as well as participating in Otto Bocks MyoBock Qualification Course.

Linda is an American Board certified and Illinois licensed prosthetist with over 25 years of experience. In addition to heading up the Prosthetic Technical division of Advanced O&P Solutions Linda cares for patients at the Scheck and Siress Hickory Hills, IL office.

Linda has attended numerous prosthetic clinics, such as those at Cook County and Rush Hospitals, and actively gives in-services for several area hospitals and nursing homes.

She is an active member with the American Board for Certification; the Illinois Society of Orthotists, Prosthetists and Pedorthists; the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists, and its Midwest chapter.
