Founded in 2005, Advanced O&P Solutions was created in order to service the orthotic and prosthetic industry on a national level. In the years since we opened, we have developed a reputation of providing our clients with a product they can rely on and WOW! their patients. Our practitioners trust that we will give them and their patients only the best custom orthoses and prostheses, as well as exceptional customer service.

    Jim is responsible for the business and financial operations at AOPS. He joined AOPS in 2012 and he brings more than 25 years of experience in general management, business planning, strategy, mergers and acquisitions and sales and marketing.

    He is committed to continual improvement in all aspects of AOPS's operations with the ultimate goal of providing world class customer care and quality devices to our valued customers.

    Jim holds a BS degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois and a MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

    Michael has over 35 years' experience in distribution, production and logistical planning. He earned his Bachelor's Degree from DePaul University and attended Graduate School at Lewis University. Michael completed the Northwestern University Medical School Prosthetic-Orthotic Center certification for Suppliers and Manufacturers.

    Michael started his O&P Career in 2001 as Director of Operations for Scheck & Siress Central Fabrication. In 2005 he was named President of Advanced O&P Solutions, a subsidiary of Scheck & Siress, and began marketing to the entire country the services of AOPS.

    Michael currently serves as Chairman on the Advisory Board for Joliet Junior College O&P Technician Program. He regularly attends national and local seminars, conventions and assemblies to promote the products and services of Advanced O&P Solutions provides as well as promoting the need to hire qualified persons with disabilities.

    Ron has over 23 years experience as an Orthotic and Prosthetic Technician with 18 of those years serving in a Management role. He worked for six O&P Facilities in the Chicagoland area before joining Advanced O&P Solutions in 2008 as its Executive General Manager.

    Ron has trained at the Otto Bock Technical Training Course and has completed numerous courses and certifications throughout his impressive career.

    Ron is an avid Motorcyclist and developed and designed the first upper extremity prosthetic Motorcycle Apparatus to be used with an unmodified Motorcycle.

    Ron is directly responsible for Logistics and Quality Control for Advanced O&P Solutions.

    Chris brings over 10 years of experience from the O&P field. Chris was honored with the 2011 and 2012 Outstanding Teacher of the Year award from the Rush University PM&R Residency Program. As a member of the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists and its Midwest Chapter, Chris is currently a director on the Chapters Board of Directors.

    Chris received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Purdue University and his Prosthetic and Orthotic education from Northwestern University.

    Anthony has been working in the O&P industry for over 15 years. He is trained in both orthotics and prosthetics but is currently specializing in the fabrication of custom prosthetic devices. Anthony has been with AOPS for 1 year now. In his free time, Anthony enjoys spending time with his family, riding his motorcycle, and enjoying life.

    After studying Business Administration, Jennifer joined the AOPS team in 2010. She is responsible for the business, accounting and client services operations. She enjoys being able to create and maintain excellent client relationships as well as use her experience and skills to manage business operations, create marketing strategies and lead company projects.

    Jennifer enjoys learning about and being a part of the O&P industry and looks forward to growing with Advanced O&P Solutions as we work towards our every day goal of being a world class organization.
