What is needed to place an order for fabrication?

  1. A fabrication work order form, which can be found here. We will need the measurements, materials and any special instructions you have.
  1. A way for us to refer to the patient during communication, such as their name or any number you’ve assigned.
  1. The patient’s X-rays and tracings.
  1. A positive modified mold, negative mold, positive unmodified mold, or proper measurement chart for digitizing.
  1. A purchase order number for each individual work order.

What is Advanced O&P Solutions' warranty on fabrication?

Advanced O & P Solutions, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("AOPS") hereby agrees that the prosthetic and/or orthotic device produced by AOPS ("Device") will be made to the written specifications provided by the customer and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the Warranty Period (as defined below). All defective components of the Device produced or manufactured by AOPS will, at AOPS’ option, be either repaired or replaced at no charge to the customer should they become defective or fail during the 90 days from the date of delivery of the Device to the customer ("Warranty Period"). You must notify AOPS in writing or by email before expiration of the Warranty Period of a claim under this Warranty at info@aopsolutions.com. Your failure to do so will result in this Warranty expiring at the end of the Warranty Period.

How do I qualify for participation in Advanced O&P Solutions In- House Transport Program?

In order to qualify for this program, the patient care facility must be located within a 40-mile radius of Advanced O&P Solutions Hickory Hills, Illinois office. Please call or email Jennifer Carlson at 866-914-AOPS for more information.

Occasionally I would like to speak to a fellow practitioner regarding fabrication needs, does Advanced O&P Solutions have Certified Practitioners on staff?

Advanced O&P Solutions has both an American Board Certified Orthotist and Prosthetist on staff.

Can Advanced O&P Solutions provide components for my fabricated devices?

Yes, and Advanced O&P Solutions carries many of the ones you use. If we do not have one in stock, we are more than happy to order it for you.

What are your shipping procedures?

We ship all of our fabricated devices via UPS Ground. Advanced O&P Solutions cannot be held accountable for casts damaged during shipping, so please securely wrap all positive molds in bubble wrap when shipping them to us. If you need bubble wrap, we will be happy to provide you with it.

What if I need a fabrication fast?

Our in-house time will start on the next business day for all devices arriving after 10:30 a.m., not including weekends and holidays. Should you need a fabrication completed in a shorter time period, please call the Advanced O&P Solutions office at 866-914-AOPS (2677) prior to shipping. There will be an expediting fee for services that need a faster turn around time than what we have posted.
